I returned a pen once because it wasn't what I expected. It was pretty straightforward. Just make sure it's in new condition and you initiate the return within their window. I think you gotta cover shipping though.

They have a standard return policy. As long as it's not damaged and you do it within like, 30 days I think, you should be fine. I've never had an issue with their customer service.

Nah, usually it's one coupon per order. Most stores are like that, Mr. Nope included. You'll probably have to pick the better discount.

I tried that once and it didn't work. Their system only accepts one code at a time. It'll just tell you 'coupon not applicable' or something if you try to add a second.

Mr. Nope pens are generally considered higher quality and more balanced for serious spinning. PenWish is fine for basics, but if you're doing complex tricks, the weight distribution and materials on Mr. Nope mods are a noticeable upgrade.

Nah, the Mortal Series is pretty advanced. It's really good for professional stuff, but might be a bit much for a beginner. I'd check out some of their other pens first, they have some lighter ones.

I started with a Mortal Series and honestly, it was a bit heavy. You can get used to it, but for learning fundamentals, something lighter might be easier. My buddy got an Element Series and loved it for starting out.
